Are you planning on purchasing any of the new promo items? Do you have any predictions on what the next promo items will be? I am thinking the featherweight henleys will be on sale soon. I want the henley in a couple different colors, so I am trying to hold off.
I actually bought the Lea cardi a week or so ago and was considering returning it cuz the funds are pretty low right now. But now with the drop in price, I’ll find my receipt and get an adjustment. Almost $20 back to me! Wee!
P.S. I bought the brown colored one. I do like the dark peony though (saw in store and very pretty).

Anyone remember a couple months ago associates were telling customers JCrew was no longer going to even have sales? I’m so glad they realized that now is not the time for an elitist attitude. The country needs sales!
No, I don’t remember that. But since they started their new promos, I was really surprised. All I’ve ever seen from them lately (I feel) is full price or Final Sale (*shudder*). So glad they are doing this!
I bought the Melanie late last week online so am getting a price adjustment on it…I got the dark peony. The only reason I bought it was for the buttons on the cuffs. Otherwise, I think the cardigans on sale are rather plain…unless you need a basic that is and I don’t! He he:)
I got my dark peony lea today and I love it! The promo is going on in the stores too. So happy!
ps – i second a promo on the cashmere herloom henley. i’m not sure what color i’d get now that i have the dark peony i love so much in the lea.
I totally thought of this blog when I got the email today about the additional 30% off AND the additional items! I got a pair of the petite-size chinos, the Jackie cardigan, and a mercerized henley (not the tissue henley…after reading reviews here, I decided it would be too thin for me.)

I have the lea in the avocado – it’s a lovely shade of green. I’d like it in all colors, but I will probably buy the dark peony this weekend. I agree with a promo/markdown on the cashmere henley.
