I just received the Xhilration Square Ruffle Tees that I ordered online at Target (I bought both the white and briar rose colors in size small), and they are so darling. They remind me of that Anthropologie petal scoopneck top that you reviewed, but these ruffles lay fairly flat. Very cute under a cardi, and the price can't be beat at $9.98 and $6.98!!!
