I was browsing Anthropologie’s website today, taking a peek at the new arrivals and I got lost for about an hour. They have so many gorgeous things right now!
On the subject of Anthro, I received my orange surplice tank this morning and it is even better and easier to wear than I expected. Plus it goes with my new coral bib necklace perfectly! I also got my J.Crew henley and was disappointed. Doesn’t that just about sum up all my recent shopping experiences…
The buttons did not gape on the JC henley but my usual Perfect fit size small was too big. Back it will go and I’ll add that $$ to my Anthro shopping fund.
I will try and get picks of both tops this weekend.

I am so happy to see a return of more ruffly, girly, feminine things. I'm over the whole oversized, overdone, over-ugly trend that's been happening over the past couple of years. Bring on the peplum skirts and flowery prints, I say!
That yellow skirt! I want it too. Anthro has definitely been better with the playful mod/bohemian offerings than JCrew lately. JC's still great and all, but their sizing change is irritating.
BTW, I love that coral necklace (as well as the first one you made). Do you have sales often? Or is this your first one? I noticed you have a sale going on right now for 10% off until 7/21.

My buying pattern has been Jcrew from fall to winter and Anthro from spring to summer. We'll see if this holds this year. The designs and fit of Jcrew stuff this year have been disappointing.
