Bonjour from Paris

Hello ladies, it seems like ages since I last chatted with you all! We
made it through the first part of our vacation in Germany and arrived
in Paris yesterday. We are already exhausted lol!! But we are having a
wonderful time. Today we went ” window licking” as the French saying
goes, at galerie lafayette, printemps, and the original Bon marche.
Here is a pic from Lafayette. It was heaven but I have not bought
anything yet, can you believe it lol.
I miss you all, say hi in the comments and make me feel at home ;)

Great to read that you are having a great time. Beautiful picture!
You'll have to let us know if you are wearing the wardrobe as planned! Also, how is it to visit Paris with a child in tow? I'm going in April and am having second thoughts about leaving my daughter at home. Is it a good place to bring a little one?
    bonne journee!

Oooh. Paris looks divine. You have willpower of steel to resist purchasing anything for this long. I think I speak for everyone when I say: we miss your posts!

Paris, je t'aime! Make sure to check out the little shops in the Marais!

Shannon bon soir from Canada. Keen to hear about all the Paris on-the-street style statements you see, when you return. Hope the Anthro trench is getting lots of wear time, but it's not too chilly. And good luck during your sneaker day at EuroDisney with the DD…

Hi, Shannon! The pic from Lafayette is gorgeous — have fun with that "window licking," lol! Been checking your blog every day, waiting for your first post from Europe. Can't wait to hear your impressions of the fashion on the streets and the shopping, of course. Enjoy the City of Lights!

Hi Shannon: I agree with Bigger Closet do not forget to buy something for yourself in Paris, you don not want to be regretting it on the airplane home. Have fun!

If you are a foodie, make sure you go to Fauchon in Place de la Madeleine. It is awesome!

And if you go to the underground shops near the Louvre, make sure you stop by Agatha. They have the cutest silver jewelry.

I have been thinking so much of travel lately. Thanks for sharing this wonderful image!

You are missing nothing over here. ;-) New J Crew rollout, but I don't a lot of talk about any one particular thing. I'll be at Anthro. *lol*

DaniBP- My daughter did really well. She is almost 6 and is pretty grown up with more self control than most kids her age I think. It is a very bustling city. The streets and the metro at rush hour and after 7 are full and nosy. The museums can be grueling, they are warm with a lot of stairs! But there are parks, yummy snacks, and beautiful things to see every where. I made a book for my daughter before we left with pics of Paris sights and museum art, so she could treasure hunt for them

    Thanks for saying hi everyone!!
I will post about what I ended up wearing and what sat in the suit case.

Gigi- I checked the J.Crew site today and it doesn't look like I missed much :(
