There are a few pieces such as a few structured jackets and a cute little clutch that I would incorporate into my wardrobe, but the granny mismatched look is just too childish and immature looking for me. I certainly have become my own stylist when it comes to JCrew as opposed to following the stylist tips from JCrew.

I think there are some great pieces hidden under the layers of styling (at least I am hoping). I love the yellow cardigan and the jewelry. I think it will be a better collection then the look books are showing

Well, I am banning myself from shopping for 12 months, and it looks like JC is making it easy for me...I like the shoes, but I can without them, and *nightmare* I thought I saw a slightly "acid-washed" denim?

i hope jcrew never goes back to the preppy look. it was awfully boring and was too new england/northeastern in inspiration. every brand needs to reevaluate what they do and eventually look forward. it's a good thing they've done rethought their brand. and, the sales prove it.

also, why do people put so much into how the clothes are styled in a lookbook? i don't much. anyway, it'll probably look different in the catalog and online.
