Playing catch up again on my reviews! As always, sorry for the crappy pics. I got stuck in the pit of ultimate darkness this time. I think it’s time to give up on the Iphone for pics and buy a small camera. Any recs for a little camera that takes good pics in low light?
I was starting to catch the Houlihan fever. Luckily, considering the price, they really didn’t work for me. The front is not bad but they were not flattering from behind. The pockets are too far apart for this bubble butt. My rear looked larger and yet some how flatter at the same time
I can see why people like them though.. The material is really nice. Thicker with stretch, not the thin papery fabric you usually get with cargos. I tried on my usual size 26 and as is always the case with me and J.Brand, there was gaping in the waist. I wouldn’t size down though because I would not want the legs any tighter.

Do I get a prize for being the 1000th person to review this dress lol? I took my usual size 0 and it fit everywhere except the button across the bust was just barely pulling. The material is soft and flouncy with swiss dots all over. I tried on the pink which is more coral imo, although not as bright as it looks in my pics. The dress felt very 1950′s housewife, a look I usually like but I didn’t feel like I needed this dress. It’s just a little too sweet for me. My 6yo dd on the other hand, LOVED it and insisted on trying it on lol.

This top was my favorite of all the things I tried on. I took the size 0 and it is pulling a bit in the chest. When it’s tucked in, it looks a little lumpy, so I would probably size up to the 2. The neckline is so cute and much more flattering than it looks on Anthro’s website.

This pic is terrible, sorry, but I had to share my Snow White outfit lol. I tried on the size 0 skirt and it runs small! It doesn’t help that the waist band is very thin, so it digs into you. It such a long skirt already, I don’t think I could size up without getting it hemmed. The skirt has a light flouncy feel, similar to the Reed dress. I tried on the Red which seemed more orange than true red.

Again very much covered already lol but I tried it on anyway. It really is a cute dress for $98. The material was a little light but didn’t have a crisp, cheap cotton feel at all. The top of the dress was not sheer in the dressing room, not sure how it would far in bright light though. I tried on the 0 and the chest sits a little lower than I would like but otherwise I liked it.

I’ve been wanting to try this on for awhile but my store never has a 0. I just gave up and tried the 2 this time. This jacket is so soft and comfy, I really love it except I think the length is a little weird on me. It’s right in that too short or too long area. There is plenty of room in the jacket, if I remember correctly, so maybe the 0 would be a better. I think a cropped fit would be more flattering than the in between look the size 2 has. I do wish the waist tie was a little thicker. It’s just a shoe string basically which doesn’t really flatter. A thicker piece of ribbon or fabric would give more waist definition.

I really like the Picture frame shirt on you. The neckline is indeed very flattering.
I highly recommend the Canon PowerShot SD790IS. It’s pretty small, and I got mine refurbished on Amazon.com for about half the price of a new one. It’s a really good camera.
Also, I love the Picture Frame top on you. So pretty.
the picture frame blouse looks great. love your dd making grabby hands in the background. adorable!
i’ve been meaning to ask you for ages: is that a tattoo around your wrist or a bracelet? i feel like i’ve seen it on your other arm so perhaps it is a bracelet… anyway, it looks great. i am always looking for bracelets that fit my weirdly tiny wrists.
Thanks about the blouse ladies, I might pick it up next time I’m at anthro.
Thanks for the camera rec Emily!
Meg- it is a tattoo, a vine of flowers
I have a canon powershot also, the 1100IS, and the low light pictures are amazing. Good colours too!
Thanks for trying the field scout- I was wondering about it…
